Establishing all user experience (UX) practice is an endeavor that more and more companies engage in to increase their market success. While there is a rich knowledge base oil UX processes and methods, practical tips and tricks for starting up a corporate UX culture are harder to find. This paper summarizes best practices, recommendations and experiences from other companies and traces our own efforts and thoughts while integrating UX into our company.
