摘要
One would be hard-pressed to find consumption environments less understood and perhaps in more dire need of understanding than those conditions resulting from ethnic cleansing and civil war. These conditions clearly result from - and are exacerbated or ameliorated by - policy decisions. However, from Cambodia to the former Yugoslavia, these decisions plunge consumers into arcane marketing and consumption environments that invoke interesting and unexamined decision making dilemmas and consumption experiences.
