摘要
ZnTSPP/TiO2, GaTSPc/TiO2 and co-adsorbed ZnTSPP, GaTSPc/TiO2 electrodes have been prepared, The spectroscopic and photovoltaic properties of these electrodes have been studied, The results indicate that the electrode co-adsorbed with porphyrin and phthalocyanine can not only expend the spectra of photo-current action, but also enhance the efficiency of the incident-photon-current-conversion (IPCE), especially enhance the efficiency of IPCE of GaTSPc. This is because the aggregates of GaTSPc have no the;sensitization effect, and the aggregates of GaTSPc decrease by co-adsorption of porphyrin and phthalocyanine, so the sensitization effect ability of phthalocyanine is increased signification.
