摘要：

Technological innovation ability of the manufacturing industry results from the interaction of the industrial innovative factors, and it is also the decisive factor that promotes industrial evolution. In this paper, index system of evaluation of technological innovation ability of manufacturing industry is generally established. The evaluation model of the technological innovation ability is described. Finally, technological innovation ability of Hubei manufacturing is evaluated based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in detail.
