摘要
Organizational cynicism refers to an individual's negative attitude towards his or her organization. With the accelerating pace of life and work, people are facing more and more pressure, and they are more and more sensitive to a series of institutional and decision-making of organizations, especially when the individual's self-appeal is not valued and satisfied. As a result, the cynicism of the individual towards the organization has gradually attracted the attention of the theoretical and practical circles of the organization and management. Based on the existing literature at home and abroad, systematically organize the concept, measurement, influencing factors and effects of organizational cynicism, and looking forward to the future research direction basing on the current research.
