摘要
Aiming at the problem that the feeding device on core drilling machine in tunnel is too heavy to move and transport, the light weight of feeding device was studied by means of tension and pressure test and three-dimensional DIC speckle deformation measurement. According to the performance and application status of aluminum alloy material, the material that meets the stress requirement of feed device on tunnel core drilling rig is optimized Two reduced feed device samples were manufactured and tested for compression and failure test. The deformation of feeding device under extreme rotation and tension was measured and analyzed by using DIC speckle measurement method. The results show that there is no plastic deformation affecting the size and properties of the structure in tension-compression test and DIC speckle deformation measurement of aluminum alloy feeding device. It shows that the light weight design method proposed in this paper can be applied to the light weight design of feeding device on tunnel core drilling rig.
