摘要
The hard pomeron intercept value is determined by the decoupling solutions of the Dokshitzer-Gribov-Lipatov-Altarelli-Parisi (DGLAP) evolution equations at low-x. The unpolarized proton structure functions at next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) analysis are calculated and compared with new Hadron-Electron Ring Accelerator (HERA) data.
