摘要
Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) is the most frequent etiology of acute viral encephalitis. The clinical presentation is variable. Imaging, in particular MRI, plays an important role in early positive diagnosis. Through a retrospective study of 21 patients presenting ADEM, we described various imaging presentations of this disease; we showed a statistical correlation between imaging factors and poor outcome.
