摘要
The distinctions in the form of soruses and colour of teliospores were defined between populations of bunt fungi which have growing on susceptible plants and calluses of Triticum aestivum and T. durum. It was revealed that the distinctions in the form of soruses and colour of teliospores in the populations of pathogen depended on the host and recipient genotypes accordingly. The cultivation of fungi on any plant-recipients in cross combinations resulted in decrease of plant lesion, disturbance of the time of the teliospore germination and soruses formation on wheat calluses in comparison with straight passages.
