摘要
Personalized information services have been born under the background of "information explosion" and will be the main mode of information services in the future. This paper describes the conceptual and formal models of ontology-based personalized information services for mining right trade. And it realizes precisely matching between supply and demand of information services for mining right trade by formalizing providers' services and requestors' demands in mining right trade and calculating the similarity between them. Ontology-based personalized information services for mining right trade can satisfy personalized request of mining right trade requestors.
