摘要：

Cloud Computing is a new service-oriented computing paradigm. As the inheritance and development of SOA(service oriented architecture), it has become the hot point of cyber research. After introducing the characteristics of SOA and Cloud Computing, this paper analyses the relation between the SOA and Cloud Computing, and then talk about the probability of the cooperation between the two and present a model of Cloud Computingframework based on service oriented architecture.
