Education at school has been considered for decades, in most cases, enough for the entire life of an individual, today the situation has changed dramatically. Education modern must go beyond education focused on a certain level, and focus on continuing education opportunity to prepare people wherever they are unlimited in time. New methods of teaching and learning helps students develop skills necessary knowledge society. With the start of the reform of Romanian education in 1990 (modification of curricula, specialization, increasing the number of students / pupils enrolled and diversify methods of enrolment) we have seen an increase in interest in new educational methods, particularly those based on information technology. Romania is still in its infancy in the e-learning, trying with timid steps to reach the level of development and implementation of other EU countries.
