摘要：

Construction project play an important role in region development, at its investment feasibility study process, in order to select the most favorable investment plan, the viewpoint of sustainable development should be carried through. Based on analyzing of large-scale project characters, multi-dimension appraisal index includes financial and non financial criteria, synthetic and quantitative analysis are built up, which considering of coordination on economic, social and enviromental effectiveness, the evaluation mechod for each dimensiont is introduced, and the comprehensive evaluation technique to measure project sustainable development degree are also discussed.
