摘要：
Neurosarcoidosis is cafe, accounting for less than 5% of all cases of sarcoidosis. We report a case of neurosarcoidosis presenting with neuropsychiatric features and meningitis, confirmed by meningeal biopsy. The difficulties encountered in establishing the diagnosis and treatment are highlighted.
