摘要：
In this paper we have carried out a study of developments in the law on legal personality. Our aim is to make a critical judgment on the purpose of creating an electronic personality for robots. This is a controversial issue, which has been raised European Parliament resolution of February 16th 2017 with recommendations to the Commission on Civil Law Rules on Robotics (2015/2103(INL)). This analysis concludes that creating an electronic personality for robots is not respectful of our historical foundations of the legal system.
