摘要
The lattice parameters of monoclinic neodymium orthotantalate, M-NdTaO4, have been measured in the temperature range 293-1173 K using high-temperature X-ray diffraction and its isobaric heat capacity has been determined by differential scanning calorimetry in the range 300-1300 K.
