摘要
The evaluation system of the modern forestry development in reclamation area based on ecological security was established based on the evaluation index system and combing the characteristics of modern forestry development in reclamation area, The core indicators of the factors which influencing the modern forestry development in reclamation area of Heilongjiang Province were analyzed from four aspects: forestry resources, ecological security, industrial development and security system, using the principal components analysis. It is found that the proportion of shelterbelt area, farmland forest net rate in reclamation area, the ratio of secondary and tertiary industrial structure of forestry, and the proportion of forestry scientific and technological personnel are the most influential factors on each subsystem. Based on the above analysis, some suggestions were made in the paper, such as putting forward policy support to establish ecological protection system; exploring new ways to expand the area of forestry; continuously improving the competitive advantage of the industry by developing forestry industry in combination with the actual situation of agriculture and forestry; establishing the Industry-University-Research collaborative service system and other suggestions. This research has a good guiding significance for improving the sustainable ecological security maintenance system of the modern forestry, and finally forming a systematic green forest environment.
