摘要
This article analyzes the content of the concepts of "intelligence" and "artificial intelligence. The authors discuss the main problems of digitalization of the public law sphere, carry out modeling of the directions and prospects for the implementation of artificial intelligence systems in modern society. In particular, the article analyzes the contradictions and prospects for the implementation of artificial intelligence systems in specific socio-legal activities related to the protection of the rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests of a person and a citizen.
