摘要
Redundancy technology is an effective method to improve the reliability of complex product system and scholars launched more in-depth studies on complex product system reliability optimization design. This paper analyzes the characteristics of static phased mission system and the reliability optimization model. The classical reliability optimization model does not take full consideration of the attribute information of optimization objectives and meanwhile neglects a great indicator-failure loss. This paper adds a fault-loss function to the classical Dhingra model, which improves the original model. In the view of the multi-objective weighted grey targets decision thought, this paper establishes a new complex product reliability optimization design model, designs the solving algorithm of the model, and studies the reliability optimization problem combined with a typical four stage system. The results of the example validate the validity of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
