摘要
A knowledge-based dynamic scheduling system for steelmaking and continuous-casting, which are two core processes in steel production, is designed to monitor production process in real time, identify disturbances timely, and reschedule if needed. In the system, hybrid knowledge representation is adopted with frames and production rules to form knowledge network, knowledge base is modularized manage by a tree hierarchy architecture, and real-time rule-based reasoning for dynamic scheduling strategy is implemented by inference mechanism.
