摘要：
In recent years, the logistics industry in Liaoning Province has achieved rapid development, while, the lack of effective logistics personnel supply constraints the development of Liaoning logistics industry, Combining with related statistical mode, the paper analyzes the current situation of Liaoning logistics personnel, and gives out a reasonable prediction of Liaoning logistics personnel supply and demand situation in the future, finally, combining with the final practice, the paper put forward the measures to develop Liaoning logistics personnel.
