摘要
(1-x)ZnNb2O6-xZnTa(2)O(6) microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared by traditional ceramics route. The crystal structure and microwave dielectric properties of (1-x)ZnNb2O6-xZnTa(2)O(6) ceramics were investigated by XRD and a HP8720 network analyzer. XRD results show that the (1-x)ZnNb2O6-xZnTa(2)O(6) ceramics have the orthorhombic symmetry for all x values in this system, and the primary crystal phase changes gradually from ZnNb2O6 into ZnTa2O6 as x increases from 0 to 1.0. (1-x)ZnNb2O6-xZnTa(2)O(6) ceramics exhibit excellent dielectric properties at microwave frequencies.
