摘要
Lexan is normally characterized by low hardness, poor adhesion on SiO(2) and small surface energy. In this work, the effect of argon RF plasma (13.6 MHz) with various treatment times (1-10 min) on the wettability, hardness, crystallinity, thermal stability and the surface energy of Lexan is investigated using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and contact angle measurement.
