摘要
Knowledge workers have great impact on organisations and local communities in the emerging network society. Because of their ICT skills and potential contributions to innovation and productivity, knowledge workers represent a critical labour market for networked communities. Attracting, developing and retaining knowledge workers require a community strategy including quality of life and employment, and rich training and education opportunities. To explore these critical success factors, the best practice of four networked communities is described.
