摘要
Effects of target deformation on the capture and fusion processes of the Ca-48 + U-238 system are investigated in the framework of extra-push model. The reults of our investigation indicate that target deformation enhances the capture and fusion cross sections for heavy system forming superheavy nuclei, and broadens the spin distribution of the corresponding compound nuclei at near-and sub-barrier energies.
