摘要
At present, power system temporary and emergency maintenance completely depends on maintenance personnel's experience. The difference of experience leads to certain safety risk of maintenance process, even some serious problems such as failure to complete the job. Therefore, the substation equipment maintenance mobile risk control system is proposed in this paper. According to maintenance knowledge risk database, maintenance strategy is determined and potential safety trouble during maintenance process would be identified. Remote vision is provided to assist maintenance personnel to solve equipment fault. This system will develop the effectiveness and safety of maintenance, and make it become more scientific and standard.
