摘要
One-nucleotide differences in microRNAs (miRNAs) can be discriminated in an assay based on a branched rollingcircle amplification (BRCA) reaction and fluorescence quantification. With the proposed method miRNA can be detected at concentrations as low as 10 fM, and the miRNA in a total RNA sample of a few nanograms can be determined. © 2009 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
