摘要
Strategic capability (SC for short in this paper) is the major concern of the research of strategic theory, and it is always accompanied by the growth and development of strategic theory. From a practical point of view, having a strong SC is the essential objective for enterprises, and also the key element of enterprises' sustainable growth. However, SC has some features such as systematization, complexity and invisibility, while these features are unable to help enterprises cultivate and enhance their SC. This article starts from the perspective of dimensions' deconstruction, trying to analyze the dimensions of SC and the constituent elements of dimensions, in order to draw the elements for analyzing the space of SC, the pyramid of SC and the core of SC, providing a feasible way for the cultivation of SC.
