摘要：

Selected 40 middle school students as subjects, adopted the 2 x 2 multiple factor design, this experiment-based study implement leadership training into after school activity-camping to find out the influences of leadership training on Canadian students' leadership. The results show that before the experiment, there was no difference between the experimental group and the control group in leadership, but after the experiment, the leadership of the experimental group was significantly superior to that of the control group. The conclusions have also been drawn that the intervention of leadership training in camping was effective in students' leadership.
