摘要
The technique of finishing the deionized water refers to a single run through mixed beds or more effective systems such as deeply overlaid packed beds, triobed and multibed. This paper investigated the possibilities of manufacturing high purity water by finishing systems provided with deeply overlaid packed beds based on thermodynamic data that were collected from experiments carried out in dynamic working conditions on properly equipped columns.
