摘要
Screen printing is an attractive method to fabricate front side silver electrodes on Si solar cells. Most of the silver pastes contain lead oxide in their glass frits, and the other lead-free pastes contain bismuth oxide as a replacement of the lead oxide. In this study, we prepared three lead-free and bismuth-free tellurite glass frits which have almost the same composition except for different additives. Fill factors of the obtained cells are much different among the frits. Reaction between Si3N4 powder and each frit was investigated with TG-MS to clarify the difference of fill factor.
