摘要:
This work describes the preparation and characterization of nano-sized luminescent ZnS and ZnO particles. ZnS has been doped with Mn2+ ions. From the optical characteristics bulk doping of the ZnS nano-particles has been confirmed. For ZnO particles, preparational routes for the isolation of ZnO nano-particles in non-polar solvents have been explored.
