摘要
An ideal combination: The vaccine A is obtained by conjugation of the synthetic tumor-associated sialyl-TN- MUC1 glycopeptide antigen to tetanus toxoid (molecular weight >150 000). Vaccine A induces a very strong and selective immune response against the glycopeptide structure in wild-type mice (Balb/c). © 2009 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
