摘要
Basic goals and problems, the subjects of investigation, and the most important application fields of super-high frequency microelectronics in modern and future networks and telecommunication and radar systems are considered. The global state-of-the-art in this field is briefly analyzed and recent results of the research and development projects conducted at the Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Automation are presented.
