摘要
Mechanics of materials has the foundational status in the system of engineering curriculum, The course is very important in training students' engineering ability and scientific innovation ability. The traditional teaching method of mechanics of materials course had many drawbacks, the effect was not ideal. The problem based-learning was a new teaching mode, it advocated the knowledge into the real question situations, to cultivate the thinking and cooperation ability through teacher-student dialogue and inquiry, to construct knowledge ultimately based on the problem solved. In this paper, combining material mechanics teaching practice, discussing the organization, development and implementation effect of the problems based-learning.
