摘要：

Taking international human rights law seriously entails overcoming the various evolution stages of this legal system. Currently, it means that this system's legal culture, as it is recognized and interpreted internationally, should be incorporated into national legal systems through the existence of equivalent and effective procedures. The present study analyzes the progress of economic and social rights on the basis of the jurisprudence of various specialized committees as well as some International Tribunals, particularly the ECHR. In this regard, the treatment of the right to adequate housing and the prohibition of forced evictions present special interest.
