摘要
The Cu-Ni ferrite (Cu1-xNixFe2O4) nanopowders were prepared using coprecipitation method with ultrasound irradiation. The Cu1-xNixFe2O4 nanopowders were composed of a pure spinel phase with the grain size of 20-30 nm. The saturation magnetization of the ferrite powders were 53.1 emu/g at x = 0, 73.5 emu/g at x = 0.5 and 34.3 emu/g at x = 1. The nanopowders showed that the reflection loss was more than -10 dB in the range from 2.5 to 5.5 GHz. The matching frequency and matching thickness of the ferrite powders had varied sensitively on the composition of x (Ni content). (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
