摘要：

Solitary metastases in renal cell carcinoma represent only 1.6 to 3.6% of all metastases. They can occur in all organ systems, most frequently the lungs (30% of cases), lymph nodes (24%) and bones (15%). In the last 30 years only 6 cases with a solitary metastasis in a skeletal muscle have been reported.
