Coronary interventional procedures in pediatric heart transplant recipients with cardiac allograft vasculopathy

摘要：
We report the successful palliation of 3 pediatric heart transplant recipients with localized coronary artery lesions using rotational atherectomy and intracoronary stents, All patients were successfully palliated while awaiting retransplantation, 2 of whom have undergone successful retransplantation and the third patient is currently stable awaiting retransplantation.
