摘要
The aim of this study was to optimize culture system for plantlet regeneration from embryoids in Pakchoi. Isolated microspore culture was employed in 10 hybrid varieties. The effects of genotype, seal materials and concentration of different additives to the medium on the formation of plantlet were studied by setting up different treatments. Results indicated that genotypes significantly affected the frequency of plantlet regeneration. The optimum medium was "MS+3%sucrose+1.0%agar+0.1g center dot L(-1)activated charcoal"; Ventilate well Sealed film was beneficial to plantlet regeneration.
