摘要：
Phase-matching angle for second-harmonic generation in an annealed ZnGeP2 crystal from a CO2 laser at 10.6 mu m decreases as the pump power is increased. Such a dependence is used to significantly enhance the second-harmonic power. (C) 2007 Optical Society of America
