摘要
In order to prevent project failures, the Quality Management Division of Nissin Systems Co. Ltd. has been supporting the project management of the software development department in their risk management implementation. This paper discusses the methods to implement a risk management system within an organization. Furthermore, we propose a method of quality prediction based on a multiple linear regression analysis performed on real projects to evaluate the effect to which risk management and other project managements exert on the project outcome. It is suggested that mitigating risks at the early stages of software development is highly correlated to the QCD result. In addition, this quantitative evaluation method is an effective way to clarify the management factors affecting project results.
