摘要
In the last years, there has been increased interest in the researching the implementation process of the strategy in the organizations. The purpose of this paper is to analyze, by means of a case study, the implementation process of a strategic management system at top management level in a business unit of the Spanish port system. In particular, the study has been structured in four parts, as they are: a) the implementation project of the Balanced Scorecard; b) the construction of the strategic map; c) the technological implementation, and d) the management of the strategy. Ultimately, this study contribute to better knowledge, understanding and explanation of the changes that the organization of study has experimented to carry out this implementation process.
