We investigate the thermodynamics of the two parameter generalized bosonic and fermionic quantum gases, whose particle algebras are invariant under the quantum group SUp/q(d) for all p, q and d. As well as considering the high temperature behavior, we also discuss the low temperature limit of the deformed fermionic gas. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
