摘要
Significance of lightweight-designing is increasing in today's industry. Steel and cast iron materials are revised more often through lighter materials in terms of lightweight construction. Usage of high-strength Aluminium alloys, especially so-called AMCs are therefore advanced materials. The material of hub in tested shrink-fitting is redrafted by an AMC for lightweight construction. The mass of redrafted hub from AMC has been reduced almost 65% in compare with hub masses from steel or cast iron alloys. The surface of AMC hub has been treated to increase the loading strength of fitting, or rather the friction coefficient of fitting by means of micro-forms.
