摘要
A template-free method associated with a deposition process was used to prepare monodispersed and oriented micospheres of polyaniline on various substrates (e.g. silicon wafer, mica, and glass slice) in the presence of salicylic acid as a dopant. It is found that polymerization conditions such as polymerization time and lift rate of the substrates strongly affect the color, morphology and electrical properties of the deposited spheres on the substrates. Moreover, a specific arrangement of the monodispersed and oriented micospheres on the substrates can be induced by an oriented surface structure of the substrates (e.g. silicon water of PTFE-modified glass slice).
