摘要：

Turnip mosaic virus (TuMV) is one of the most devastating threats to the vegetable industry. A rapid, stable and sensitive one-step reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) assay was developed for detecting TuMV. This method is very rapid and sensitive. The sensitivity was c. 10-fold higher than that of conventional RT-PCR in detecting TuMV. In addition, it does not require specialized equipment and can be performed under general experimental conditions. This RT-LAMP method has great potential usefulness for TuMV detection, identification and control strategies.
