Nonlinear microwave phase shifter based on a multiferroic structure consisting of layers of iron-yttrium garnet and barium-strontium titanate is studied experimentally. The structure is a waveguide for nonlinear electromagnetic-spin waves. The triple control over phase shift of electromagnetic-spin waves (namely, by varying the power of the input microwave signal, the magnetic bias field of the structure, and electric displacement field) is demonstrated.
