The Relationship of Area Modernization and Development of Higher Education

In this paper, the interactive relationship between higher education and regional modernization as the breakthrough point, we used the D-S evidence theory to assess the coupling coefficient is 0.6459 about the level of Hebei province higher education and regional modernization. In addition, this paper puts forward countermeasures to promote the rapid development of regional modernization of higher education, mainly include: First, to establish an enabling policy system that adjusts the structure of higher education; Second, to reform system and mode of the personnel training so as to educating and culturing adapt all kinds of talents that meet the requirements of the times and regional modern development; Third, to innovative higher education organizational forms about local, industry and enterprise of cooperation and establish a long-term mechanism for them; Fourth, to use the university radiation effects to improve regional competitiveness, to rational plan the layout of knowledge of radiation.
