摘要
In primary leaves of Hordeum vulgare L. plants grown in the presence of jasmonic acid (JA) alterations in the size of chloroplasts were induced that led to disorganisation of chloroplast ultrastructure, The number of thylakoids per granum as well as the average length of granal and stromal thylakoids were lower in JA-treated plants.
